Who We Are

A Label Born from
Love and Intention

Amelia Atelier Baptismal Wear is a small, home-grown atelier from Muntinlupa City, Philippines. We craft handmade baptismal pieces for families who believe that a child's first blessing deserves something truly beautiful — something not just worn, but kept.

Before we were Amelia Atelier, we were My Little Famela — a name inspired by our founder's third-born daughter. What started as colorful, character-inspired dresses from a home workspace has grown into a focused, refined label built around one idea: heirloom craftsmanship for modern families.

We operate mostly online and welcome studio visits by appointment. We ship nationwide across the Philippines, with international delivery coming soon.

A Mother Who
Sews With Purpose

Behind Amelia Atelier is a mother — whose story with the needle began long before the business did. Her own mother enrolled her in a TESDA sewing program during high school, and the craft never really left her.

After years in office and corporate work, the pull of the craft brought her back — first stitching, then dressmaking, then a business that became her identity. She is largely self-taught, studying techniques from sewers around the world and refining every pattern through patience and practice.

Baptism struck something personal in her. She began building her work around that sacred moment — dressing baby girls first, then baby boys — choosing depth over volume, quality over quantity. Every gown that leaves the atelier is made by a mother who understands what the occasion truly means to another family.

She divides her time between the Philippines and Austria, and carries a quiet dream of one day dressing children across Europe and beyond.

"Every detail, every revision — it's proof that any idea a family brings can be made real."

Our Identity

Classic. Quiet.
Crafted to Last.

The Amelia Atelier aesthetic is one of deliberate restraint. Our palette lives in white, cream, and the softest neutrals — chosen not for trend, but for what they represent: the purity and simplicity of a child's beginning.

Every piece is made to feel valuable. Not just worn for a day, but treasured — stored in keepsake boxes, passed to younger siblings, someday to grandchildren. We want families to feel the process behind each gown: the planning, the cutting, the handwork, the revisions.

We are not a factory. We are a small atelier, and we want to keep it that way. Limiting our output means every gown gets our full attention — from the first measurement to the final press.

Our Journey

From My Little Famela
to Amelia Atelier

  • Highschool

    The First Stitch

Enrolled by her mother in a TESDA sewing program — a short course that planted the earliest seeds of a craft that would one day become a full identity.

  • Early days

    My Little Famela

The first brand — named after the founder's third daughter, Famela. Colorful, character-inspired tutu dresses made with joy and a love of creative design.

  • Pre-2020

    A Business Takes Root

Operating from home, the brand began serving families seeking meaningful outfits for life's first milestones. Every inquiry, every design, every delivery — handled personally.

  • 2024

    Reborn as Amelia Atelier

A deliberate rebrand. The look shifted entirely — away from characters and color, toward heirloom materials, classic silhouettes, and a refined white-and-neutral palette. The craft deepened; the quantity narrowed; the quality rose.

  • Today

    Studio. Nationwide. Worldwide, Soon.

Now working from a small studio in Muntinlupa, shipping across the Philippines, and preparing to bring Amelia Atelier pieces to families in Europe and beyond.

Our Values

Four Things We
Never Compromise On

01

Heirloom Quality

Every piece is made to outlast the occasion. Materials are chosen for longevity — soft, beautiful, and worthy of being passed down to the next generation.

02

Your Vision, Realized

We welcome custom orders and personal touches. If you have an idea — a length, a detail, a memory you want sewn in — we want to hear it.

03

Small Batch, Big Care

We are not a factory. Limiting our output means every gown gets our full attention, from the first measurement to the final press.

04

Accessible Luxury

Beautiful shouldn't be out of reach. We want every family — regardless of budget — to have a piece that makes this milestone feel extraordinary.
