Simply send us your baby's age, weight, and measurements and we'll recommend the best size. When in doubt between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up — our gowns are designed with graceful, flowing silhouettes that allow room for movement and comfort.

Minor adjustments may still be possible before production starts. We recommend confirming all details at the time of order to avoid delays. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be accommodated.

Customized orders usually take around 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the current order queue. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event date.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability. Additional fees may apply. Please message us directly to check if we can accommodate your timeline.

A down payment is required to confirm all customized orders. The remaining balance should be settled before shipping or pickup. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

We recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks before the event to avoid rush fees and ensure availability — especially during peak baptism season (January–June).

Yes! We ship nationwide through trusted courier services. Free shipping is available on orders above ₱6,999. Shipping fees for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

We recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning for delicate lace and embroidered pieces. Avoid wringing or machine washing. Store in a breathable garment bag to preserve the fabric and embellishments.
